Simple Divorce, with no children and no property ($95.00):

	Divorce Complaint
	Verification for spouse filing divorce (the plaintiff) to swear that contents of complaint are true
	Acknowledgment of Service for other spouse (the defendant) to sign as having received a copy which saves the service fee for having the Sheriff personally serve the spouse
	Consent to Hearing Thirty-one Days After Service
	Affidavit to return spouse to maiden name
	Summons required by court
	Final Decree for finalizing divorce
